yes once you snap them off they show the rubber stopper and you can not put them back on

I had the same question.

I personally boil them in a water rubbing alchol soution for 10-15 min, Never yet had any problems.

just got an email from a well known source over there he is doing fine so some of them are still up and operational but he did advise waiting a few months before placing any big orders.

I would do anything if I hade that amount of spare time on my hand to sit on line all day and make up stupid posts just to piss other people off.
