thanks good advice...thanks If you get hold of your diet plan i would appreciate u posting it up. Or maybe a sample or something. I think that a keto diet is a bit of an overkill when a more simplier balanced diet would work, and would be much easier to stick to.

Re: ORIGINAL how long do you usually find it takes to separate. It seems very thick. Different brands take different amounts of time i find. just wondering?
