Casein is best to use as a night protein. Whey or isolate is better in the morning because it asorbs faster. But, if you have a protein with a good amino acid profile then it doesnt matter to much. If I remember right there's not so much difference how fast it's getting into the body anyway.

Agree with all here. I do Alpha T-2 and Forged Burner at the same time and got very good results. Still, you only need one of those to get what you want.

I did Forged Burner, Alpha T2 and 3 scoops of Jack3d once. Only once, not again. :) I can handle my stims very well, but DAMN that was almost killing me. But I managed to go through all the training and had plenty with energy left for the rest of the day.
