Can't find a good source with that info but, I'd guess between 200 - 300 mgs. 300 mg is the highest I've seen in a pre-workout drink so far which was in in Super Charge. Best to start off with 1 scoop to see if you get any kick, and judge from there. You don't wanna give yourself a caffeine...

All the sources that I have read have lead me to believe that Nolvadex or, clomid would be a better option. Nolvadex being number one choice "Not Novadex XT". Milk Thistle is a good start for protecting your Liver..There are a few others but, I can't recall them atm
