i'm new to the whole bulking thing iv been working out an making small gain so i figured id try to put on some weight.
im an 130lb 18 year old male an i did a body fat test an it said im around 10.5% body fat.
if any one could help me out with a few examples of good bulking diets that would be...
since i have school its hard for me 2 eat 6 times a day. is there ne thing i can do for luch thats like eatin 2 meals. or can i get by with just eating 5 times a day
