Personally I don't think it will be to good. Its intended for athletes , its supposed to make you breath better, and stay alert.

Makes me feel the same way, After I drink a protein shake I always have to take a crap 30 minutes later. I wonder if my body is even taking in the protein?:confused:

In my opinion ZMA sucks, I've taken ZMass, and ZMA Hp from EAS and haven't had any impressive results from either. I heard they only work if your difficent in these minerals.

Met-Rx I'm using the Anabolic Drive Series protein and it taste great and has 60 grams of protein.
