I'm a newbe I need to know what type of stacked cycle to run! and what gear! I'm 6' 1" at only 180lbs I want 210 and cut! so I need to gain mass and strength as fast as possible. I have a fight comming up in 3 months and want to move up in class. any info is greatly appreciated!
