yeah right now im working out 5 to 6 days a week, im trying to get some of my strength back. I have a diet, i stopped doing it because its expensive and hard when you work full time.
my cardio is 3-4 days a week at about 20-30 minutes each. My gf started doing slim fast shakes and i kinda got caught up with them and started drinking 4 or 5 a day and only eating 1 or 2 real meals a day.
so i lost 25 pounds, but i think i lost alot of muscle doing it too.
My stats are:
age: 22
height: 6'1
weight: Was 230 around thanksgiving, im at about 205 now.
BF: I joined 24 hour fitness in december and weighed in at 216 and 17% bf. but now idk what i am. im trying to get down to 10% BF and still keep all or most of my size.
