    Well I do sleep about 10-12 hours a day. I'm not working as of now so I have a lot of free time. I figured with 10-12 hours of sleep everyday that would be sufficient rest to work out 5 times a week. Maybe I should split the days off then?     Diet consists of mostly see-food. I eat all the time, I'm hungry all the time, but I usually only eat lots of healthy cereals+non fat milk, fruits and almonds. Dinner is the only thing that varies and is always semi-healthy at least(usually contains meat), also 2 protein shakes on workout days...
