Thanks for the input, that's a good point. I do drink a lot of milk throughout the day (probably 3 big cups a day), so I don't know if that counts for protein.
My goals are I want to lose my stomach fat and put on more muscle.
I'm not sure what a split is, but this is my diet. It's not very strict as of yet but I am getting some consistency going
Every morning:
3/4 cup of Oatmeal w/ milk and a serving of raisins on top
Apple
Every Lunch:
Peanut butter and honey sandwich on wheat
Fat-free vanilla yogurt
Serving of...
I don't know much of a thing about supplements and protein powder, so I figured here was a good way to start. First of all, I'm 17, 160 pounds and a lot of that is fat. I lift every other day, and I don't do a whole lot for cardio besides the occasional basketball game.
