Yea i will start fresh monday but do i keep running the benadryl from monday? Or do i look at monday as "week 1" and then on the 3rd week run benadryl for a week?

i didnt increase it toooo quick. my tabs were 50mcg each and the first two days i went a half tab each day so 25mcg each day then i gradually increased by 25 mcg every two days

oh sorry guys! i meant mcg! i jus didnt really pay attention to it wen i posted. But yeah im at 150mcg and i guess ill stay at that. Should i discontinue the benadryl after this 3rd week or stick to it? And ppl say u shud be using 50-100mg of benadryl how do u know what will work for u because...
