    yea i train with 3-4 people. so it takes about 3 hours. our routine on upper body day is stretch, do our bench sets, incline. decline, skull crushers and cleans. now keep in mind im training for FOOTBALL not straight weightlifting. what does that regimine look like? need to add anything?
