I shot twice a week at 600mg, 300mg each shot on Mondays and Wensdays. Had some awesome pumps, and ate everything in site.

My 5ml vials were underdosed. I mixed it with some Eq, but the shot still hurt a little. I would never do a quad shot or any other shot besides my glutes with the stuff though. I had good results with it.
