like dtox said, you should use 10x more caffeine than ephedrine. I've seen some 10ms in pharmacy but the more readily availlable are the 25mgs. I do 25 eph, 250 caff, and a baby aspirin 3x a day. you should probably just do 1 or two times a day for the first few days to get use to the feeling.

Most of us where on the skinny side before starting lifting. I know at 6'2" and 160lbs I was skinny as hell, but now a few years later I'm at 200lbs and 7%BF. Patience and dedication will get you where you want to be. Train hard and enjoy it!

nolvadex will not hinder gains. it will prevent some water retention. so the gains you'll see is what you really get, instead of 10lbs extra water that you would loose anyway. so go for it and use it as wrj says.
