Thinking about adding gw to help with endurance. Iv heard sarms are shit don't bother and iv heard they are gods gift to to gym rats who don't want to add a pin. Any feedback from anyone on this? Never used them before but what is tge general concensus. Good or don't bother?
So my friend (he's an "inshape" fat dude) is on 500 mg of Sust. per week.
He's on week 8 of a 12 weeks schedule. He has dropped immense amounts of fat and increased muscle like crazy. He looks fantastic. He said diet is the key BUT you always hear that you can't do both at the same time. I...
