I was just thinking, if it indeed makes you feel better. (considering I felt better today) you work out harder and push a little further. That in itself will definitely help growth to the natural extent. At least it's not hindered with lack of energy and slacking during the workout.

Yup.. Its true. I spent a shit load getting everything lined up. Then the food thing. Then the this.... then that....then by the time ur done you spent a shit load. Another piece of advise is, if ur going to do it and spend the money, make sure you have everything you need to be successful...
