Yep, I do compete in PL'ing. My best raw meet stats: Squat 365, Bench 220, DL 360....next meet will be with single ply so we'll see how that goes...still learning it. Thanks for the welcome!
Good morning! I'm new to this site, thought I'd do a quick intro: 48 years young, powerlifter, 2 kids (not counting the hubby), 1 cat, 1 dog....about as average as you can get....
Just what I was going to say,
1/2 cup oats, grind them or not for a chewier pancake
5-6 egg whites
pinch of baking powder
sometimes 1/2 scoop of protein powder, sometimes not
if needed about 1/4 cup of almond milk
spray the pan and cook it up...good to eat in the car on the way to work too.
