    What should I add to my oatmeal?

    Just what I was going to say, 1/2 cup oats, grind them or not for a chewier pancake 5-6 egg whites pinch of baking powder sometimes 1/2 scoop of protein powder, sometimes not if needed about 1/4 cup of almond milk spray the pan and cook it up...good to eat in the car on the way to work too.
