I'm trying to cut, however I am not willing to give up carbs because as an athlete I need a lot of energy for practice. So this was my proposed cutting diet:
Wake: 30 g oatmeal
Hour later: Run for 30 minutes
After cardio: 30 g oatmeal, 30 g protein, 10 g nattie PB
3 hours later: 40 g rice, 40 g...
