4iu's is standard - I've been running 5iu's with very good results. This last week I've upped my dose to 8iu's - 5 on 2 off. You're going to love running HGH - just give it some time to take effect.

HCG is best used - the day before your test injections if possible - it's not crucial but it is the best days to inject. Also run it through the whole cycle - stopping four days before starting SERM treatment.

I've run very high doses of tren enanthate without any sides other than night sweats. I was able to sleep ver well - so in my case it is worth it and plan on running it again for my next cycle. Just like EZ-E says - I've hear of other people not being able to sleep well. Everyone is different...
