I have done short fina cycles, even front loading it takes me 10-14 days to start noticing diffrences although I'm sure it is causing some affect within a few days. People are diffrent and you might react faster. I think you will see some results on 50mg eod though I have never run less than...

I use a .2 filter. somtimes I cook others I don't. If you filter and cook you will be safe.

I don't think it hurts your gains bbut I would imagine it puts more stress on your liver.

I never get it. I filter with a .2 filter but even if you filter with a .4 you should not get it. refilter and don't push so hard.

It usually takes a couple weeks for tren to even begin to take effect. I don't think it's worth it for 2 weeks. Four weeks is the least I would do.

Forget the roids. diet and cardio.

Shouldn't be a problem. might want to think about cranberry extract and lots of water though.

Ok I lied, no prize. I've been looking at bf testers but they are not very accurate. I figured you bros could guess more accuratly than calipers. I'm 5' 7" 195 # hadn't lifted for 2 days prior to this pic. let me hear your guesses. Thanks.

I never used one but you will get the same effect rolling up a towel and putting it under your lower back and doing crunches. It's always in Ironman because Ironman owns home gym wharehouse. I like to keep it simple.
