Critique my diet.....
8am- 5 egg whites/1 yolk- 1 packet oatmeal/berries
11am- workout
12:30- metrx/bannana/blue berries
3:30- grilled chicken salad with veggies/olive oil
6:30- steak, baked potato, small green salad
10pm- 50 grams...
