Yep. 250 by next Monday most likely. I count my lightest weight of the day as my weight as that is how I've been doing it for 2 years now. Most likely hit over 250 after dinner today or tomorrow.
Yes it is. I've found that I can double my gains by splitting them on separate days of the week. About 3-4 days apart. Chest recovers pretty fast. Another good thing about incline is you get good front delt work without having to directly train them.

Next week I do 280 I am hoping the gear and increased food intake makes it easy enough where I don't fail on the last set. I want to get ahead of my planned reps so it's easy each week. I figure sooner or later about week 3-4 it will hit.
