Really good update, man. It's good to see you back with an update. @fluffy bunny Nice training, nutrition, and nice quick video for us to see. That's a squad that not many people can do.
When it comes to BPC and TB 500, you're not gonna go wrong stacking them together for 12 weeks minimum. I'd recommend doing the BPC directly into the injury. In the TB 500, you can do anywhere on the body.
This is how I would play this as a female:
- RETA: start at 1-2 mg a week and then work your way up.
- In terms of SARMs go with GW. You're not going to go wrong.
Sometimes having those types of days is good. Take care of your errands and get in some video games just to clear your mind a little bit. Hopefully you come back strong on the workout you have this weekend. @jenkemj
Keep up the good work. Keep an eye on your weight. You don't want it to climb too much and too fast. That's not good for your blood pressure either. @KaneDen
That's great that you're staying committed to being in bed by 10 p.m. A lot of people stay up way too late in my opinion. Are you staying up and watching any games though? @RawCutlery
Semaglutide, you can keep the dosage low, half a milligram to one milligram, the first six weeks; then you can gradually increase it but I will not go more than two milligrams.
Make sure you're doing the things that you need to do to get this situation better handled and obviously n2guard 7 capsules a day is a great start to that.
