zwhit, at the moment it looks like this: calories I need: about 1980kCal, on workout days its 2130kCal: 150g Proteins, 300g Carbs, 30g Fat, on rest days its 1100kCal: 160g Proteins, 30g Carbs, 52g Fat. Maintaining my current lifts so far, no progression unfortunately, but my body weight drops...
