Yeh I agree with the above comment to an extent ,, all I know is my digestion has been the best it's ever been since taking it , and good digestion usually means better partitioning ...not saying it's game changer but def has a place Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nahhh that igf thing is crap, same as what they said about nolva and that's been used for decades without issues ,, think of Dorian Yates and all them back in the day that used nolva ,, they didn't have issues with growing,,, it did keep me leaner though ,, and I think it once used for people...
