ErgoPharm for 19-Nor and 1-AD... I'm partial to 1-TU from Nutrex -- seemed less suppressive than 1-AD in my experience. It's important where you source your r-ALA -- it's a volatile compound and denatures rapidly -- never buy it in powdered form. I love r-ALA, many here will reco Glucorell.
