    Shouldn't have to much worry since you have a higher BF%. If you start noticing your strength going down then that is when you need to change something. If your overly concerned about catabolism consume at least 1g prot per lb.

    Clen just made me feel horrible. I like albut because its short half life, no sides. Couple nights of not sleeping while taking Clen wasn't worth it.

    Looking like its going great for you. If your trying to burn more fat, I'd suggest adding albuterol(6mgx3) ED and ketotifen fumerate every 2 weeks. Good luck

    A good website to check out for IF is leangains.com It will give you an idea of how it works. I love not looking at the clock or worrying when I need to eat during the day. Way more productive. Things I take while fasting is albuterol and ketotifen fumarate(keep me on albuterol longer)
