hello all I am new to Elite and just want to say hello. I am also new to Androgel pump and need to know if I should lift after applying the gel or should I wait or what. My T level was at 109 very very low and I am starting with the gel first also my MD will get me the injections also so I am wondering should I go both since I am so low?
