To be honest i think 50 isnt as ripped as LL Cool J. I mean 50 is fit, but his body fat is not as low as LL's which gives LL a more ripped look. Plus LL's muscles are bigger and more defined than 50's. 50's six-pack is barely visible and his arms arent as well defined and as thick as LL Cool...
