    This may have been asked b4 but I was wondering how and if Splenda affects your insulin. For that matter, what do any of the art. sweetners do to insulin?I have been crvaing something sweet do to PMS and I didn't know if I could have SF jello or something.

    Lestat I have used calorieking.com to look up foods too. They usually have a larger variety of things to go through. Once you find it in CKing you can enter it into fitday as a custom food. You have to pay for CKing if you want to log food but you can browse the food lists for free.

    Thanks man. While I have you here I need to ask about some weights too. I workout in a small, wait, a VERY small gym in my town and they don't have a few of the machines that you list. What should I do in place of them. We don't have a peck dec or a way to do cable crossovers. Sad, huh?

    Ok, I understand the P,F,C ratio but the cals are not going to be to high? I am looking to lose right now. I mean the cals would be at 1700. Is the number you gave for maintaining or losing?
