    I agree with trying 50g then add/reduce the amount. I know guys who down 80-100g....I stay w/ 50g. It's just enough to get the spike I need but not overspill and get fat

    Without knowing your diet it's hard to say. Here's some basic info: Decrease refined sugars and carbohydrates in the diet. Eat fatty fish...salmon, trout...or supp in some EFA & Omega3 fats. Here's a link for more info...

    Eat a spoon full of nat. peanut butter Freeze some crystal light then shave it when you get a sweet tooth I try to stay away from the sugar free puddings or jello but they should help you out...put a spoon ful of guar gum powder in it too. This will make sure that the 'sugar free' (ha ha)...
