    thanks for the advice - with the r-ala; i gather it is not necessary to have carbs with the r-ala? Does it have any side effects if you dont? I have been taking it for a while now and find i get bloated - though this may just be from the carbs. (most likely).

    jealibeanz, i used to take eca stack, but finds it plays up with my stomach too much.. you can try it though, cant hurt..maybe something like hydroxycut. have you tried adjusting your diet? I know that it doesnt matter if i train my ass off, if my diet isnt really good, bf% doesnt come down...

    i ate carbs up to about 400pm, then cardio at 530pm for about 45mins felt heaps better then had eggs an hour+1/2 after that. anyone else decrease carbs towards end of the day on carbups?

    i mix it up. since jan this year i have been on a ckd and had NO carbs pre or post. Lost a lot of weight. Now I want t o keep maintainence, so have started to add hi carbs post workout w whey - but i also take 200mg of r-ala before that (straight after training). 1-2 hours later i have my first meal
