    My entire system doesn't like candy--- but a shake with carbs and chocolate protein-- that is my road. Although I have been deviating in the cookie department (as long as their is protein to go along with it).

    Soup seems like a good idea. A while ago, someone I work with had to have a few lab tests done, and they could only drink clear liquids. I told them to try out Isopure protein (and the pre-made drinks), because it mixes clear, and can provide agood serving of whey. This might work in you case...

    Take a mulit-vitamin to cover all the essentials that you may or may not miss in your diet (and some take these multiple times during the day). And if you are doing a lot of heavy lifting, I would suggest a good B-complex and Vitamin C. They do all sorts of things for the immune system and body...

    I believe www.vitaminshoppe.com ships to the Netherlands. You can't go wrong with their deals. Their might be some currency conversion, but it is worth a try. I get the Optimum Nutrition %100 Whey from them as well as Body Tech's version (really inexpensive). Internet is best hope.

    I 've had to take creatine like that before-- just tastes grainy in your mouth. As long as you flush it down with water. Sure it works with some dextrose or in a protein shake, but as a last resort, do the shot. Ohh-- Hello Heidi!

    Just add a slice of lemon to water instead of drinking soda or a sugary (or diet chemical) drink. And believe whatever you want about it.

    too good to be true?

    It seems like it must be something synthetic and thus bad. Of course machines can make things that seem calorie-free, but why eat something you can't use? I just hope that flavoring doesn't ruin perfectly good protein.

    OK-- good thing this thread didn't make it to the Anabolics Room. BUt I like the question just raised about what is natural... Especially when many supplements are just concentrated versions of natural things (or things your body makes already). Is eating 3 lbs of meat and 6-8 meals a day...
