    No, it's whole wheat. Uh, I guess 10 lbs of some body mass and some muscle. I have never heard of a BF test. I'll look it up and ask in the gym where I go. OK, I will do that, thanks!

    I started working out about a year ago. The result is more or less OK but not spectacular. I used to weigh about 135 and now I weigh about 145 so I haven't really gained a lot. I'm about 6' tall. My question is if I should take on more carbs or calories if I want to be more muscular? Or maybe...
