Spread them out.... Winny has a half life of about nine hours so take them in two even doses. One in the AM one in the PM to keep blood levals constant.

Which works better for fat burning... NYC or ECA???

What is topical spironolactone... where do you get it and how much do you use... IF its a perscription drug DONT flame I'm not asking for a source... I've just never heard of this before and want to know about it as I am 2 weeks in to a winny cycle.
