    You misread what I typed. "approx 20 minutes after the cardio a shake" ..As in, when I'm done cardio, weight 20 minutes then take a shake.

    OK. Morning Cardio..approx 20 minutes after the cardio a shake. then food every 2-3 hours after the shake until I go to sleep. Sound about right? No supplements what so ever? Fiber? Calcium pills? Multivitamin? l-carnitine? Fat Burner?

    Just did my morning cardio about 2 hours ago. Man it sucks working out with no food in you. I had very little energy. Not to mention I'm useless in the morning. Are fruits ok? Should my 6 meals consist of 3 food meals and 3 shakes (food shake food shake food shake) or all foods?
