Probaly. I told him not to due it but he wouldn't listen to me. He doesn't know how to diet but he was told it would reduce body fat even if he didn't change his eating habits. I know If he dieted correctly he would be a lot learner but he hasn't droped body fat at all, just gotten bigger...
