Just like bonacris I shave my arms to let my tattoo colors pop a little more, but I do get some long hairs on my traps. I just get it waxed every so often.

The issue lies with people who do not suffer from add. They take it and its effects are just like method like mentioned earlier, but for those who truly suffer from add adderal will actually calm them down and allow them to focus.

I have always done my quads, I tried by delt first and got a nice little infection. I like the quads due to visibility and ease of using both hands. *Once I did hit a nerve and my leg was bouncing like a crackheads, aside from that they've always gone smoothly.
