go ASAP and do a hormonal profile by a simpale blood test and spcifiy that you want to know youre Prolactin levels,

you can go with nolva but it would also due to the less water retantion make you less stronger.
or arimmidex tha would elimnate tet convertion into est therefore less water will be retained.
