Ok well a rough idea of what my daily intake looks like :
Wake up
2x Turkey Sandwhiches on Wheat Bread
Piece of fruit (apple, orange, plum, peach depends on day)
Protein Shake w/ BCAA's
Orange Juice
Multi V / Fish Oil
Workout
Protein Shake / BCAA's
1 1/2 ish hours later
2x Grilled or Boiled...

i hear ya mate but my mind is made up .. my frame tells another story .. if i stop lifting ill be 175 in two weeks and then float around 170 soon after. I've played that game before. Currently I take in around 3k a day , high protein , decent amount of carbs.
