I just came off of a two year long hybernation, and I've recently put on about 40 lbs. I currently weigh about 225, I'm 5'11" and I've been yoyoing between 225 and 180 since I was 18 (I'm now 28). I need to lose 40 lbs and keep my muscle. I've been doing a hell of a lot of research online...
