This is the cycle i started:
5th cycle butits been a few years,
I weigh 235lbs
i am 5'11''
size 38 inch waist
19 percent body fat
Gotten a little out of shape
27 years old
Goal: a quick way to drop weight, tone and strengthen
Plan on a short break after this and jump on to a 20 weeker

i just spoke with my source and he said he could double up on everything i have and Add E.Q. to go along with it. any help or advice on proper usage would help a lot!
Man o man, I feel stupid posting but i am so out of touch with how to put a cycle together it's unreal.
