No, seriously, all men I know they have an easy time quitting smoking or drinking, but all the girls I know, they just can not stop it. I assumed that there might be some explanation for this.

Why is it harder for women to quit smoking? I havenoticed in so many cases, that men seem to have a much easier timequitting smoking, and women really struggle with that. I smoke fromtime to time, so this is a very interesting question for me, becauseI want to know the best way to quit smoking.
