govt bans images of return of fallen soldiers, but 280+ pics were obtained via FOIA
It took two FOIA requests to get them, sure, there's no ban. The NY Times is reporting that it has been lifted as a result of these pictures being published: http://nytimes.com/2004/04/23/national/23PHOT.html- quattro
