In that sense, if you havent taken it I would start with 50 mg ED then decide after that cycle whether or not you need to up to dosage the next time... You just need to know your body.

Could I use just nolvadex post cycle then? If so, what would be a sufficient dose? 20mg ED? or 40mg ED for one week then 20mg ED for 2 more weeks?
