    Thanks for the ideas...mucho appreciated.:) With the rice cake and 1 tbsp. of PB, it's like ~14 carbs...the protein has maybe 1-2 grams...would that be low enough or do you suggest lower than that?

    Sorry took so long for replies...been away from the computer a little while...the first time it happened, my workout was early and hate to say it, but i didn't eat anything...the other 2x, I had oatmeal, eggs and an apple, and it may have been ~30 min. before the workout.
