I am on day 6. I am doing well with it so far. I have noticed some loss in weight. I assume it is a lot of water though. I look shredded as hell. I am going to give it a go for another 4 weeks or so. I finally hit ketosis btw. Thanks god! :)
Recently I read up on a pb by Mr. X. I am wonder though. While Im on this diet on the first couple of days will I be gaining fat since I am not in ketosis yet?

Well If I enven did have a lump it was removed when I had surgery on my chest. I lost feeling in my nips. but i seem to still have fat or loose skin. Dunno what it is. GRR! I did just purchase some Lipoderm Ultra by avant and see what happens.
