Is this gyno??
My nipples are big and puffy.. i don't really feel a lump under them, but if i dig down really deep i can find a small one. i have no idea what to do! i'm 14 and any suggestions would be nice because i am too embarrassed to go to the pool.. thanks- pujolsfan
