While on DNP, is it ok to use a sleeping pill such as "Unisom" which contains the active ingredient Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride? Just wondering because it's getting hard to fall asleep, I think mostly due to anxiety. Thanks in advance for responses.

I know it's bad to drink alcohol on DNP, but is it also bad to smoke weed while you are on it? Please don't reply with any 'it's only 1 week, why can't you just not do it' responses, all I'm looking for is a yes or no, and why? Thanks in advance for any replies.
