Its not dirty because we arent talking about abcesses, it just has a high BA content which causes the pain and discomfort.

You would degrade the medicine getting the temperature high enough to remove the BA.

yes, yes your fine a lot of people experience this with QV enanthate. Hell my lump was as big as grapefruit (at least it felt that way;) ). It will go away.

I think liquidex would work, nolva is just for the nips themelves blocking estrogen whereas liquidex lowers estrogen levels.

It does make you strong and aggressive quick, but I didnt like the crash. I crashed harder on it than anything else, however it was fun while it lasted.
